Return Policy

• If you are dissatisfied with your item you must notify us that the item will be returned within 48 hours of receiving it and ship it back in the same way it was shipped (i.e. Priority Mail or UPS) within seven business days. We will accept returns of un-used candles and ready made quilts or purses without question for a refund except shipping and re-stocking charges, if the item is returned in the same condition as shipped to customer.
   

• Returns are not accepted after seven (7) business days without prior approval.
   

• Refunds are given in the same manner it was purchased* and only to the original purchaser.
  *i.e. PayPal, MasterCard,  Visa, personal check, money order, Gift Certificate
   

• Items purchased using a Gift Certificate may be returned and a store credit will be issued, following the same guidelines for monetary purchases. A monetary refund is not eligible with gift certificate purchases.
   

• We do not accept burned or used candles, or bath & body items under any circumstance.

**AN IMPORTANT NOTE :
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF SEWN ITEMS THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS WASHED, DISCOLORED, OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. Those items you decide to return should be returned back to its original packaging immediately and secured back in the box to avoid any damage.
