If choosing a shipping option without insurance, packages that are lost or damaged will not be replaced or refunded by Mel's Smells. If you've purchased insurance and your package has been lost or damaged please contact us and we will be happy to fix the situation.
PRIORITY MAIL, UPS and FEDEX are always insured.

Personal checks require 14 business days to clear. Once Payment method has been approved ready-made items are shipped out within 24-48 hours on normal business days. (Some candle items may take up to 1 1/2 to 3 weeks before shipment)

During hot weathered months candle and bath items are only shipped Mon-Wed. to avoid melting while in transit.

HOW TO SCHEDULE A LOCAL PICK UP

Place all wanted items within cart

Finish with check out process, choosing "Local Pick Up" option.

Complete with transaction payment.

Allow 24-48 hours, expect a confirmation email from Melissa to notify you when your order is ready. Please do not order online and come to the store to pick up your order BEFORE receiving your confirmation email. Something you may have ordered online, might be an out of stock item and needs to be made to fill your order. All orders are processed at the beginning of each day during regular store hours.

Payment must be received before transaction is complete and can be picked up. Payments not received after 10 days will be considered null and void
